Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the KarmaKnot mobile application (the “App”), operated by Auteli LLC (“Auteli”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Important — for guidance and entertainment only. KarmaKnot provides astrological, numerological, and self-reflection content for personal and entertainment purposes. It is not professional advice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional guidance. Any decision you make is your own responsibility. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, or use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You access the App using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account in the App.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

KarmaKnot offers a free tier and optional paid auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. Current plans and prices are shown in the App.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by Auteli LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or insight is accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auteli LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
